Kindred Partners with Intellect Design Arena to Advance Digital Transformation

Alongside a coalition of leading Canadian credit unions, Kindred is transforming our online capabilities with Intellect Design Arena Limited and their Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) known as eMACH.ai. In late 2026, our online banking and mobile app will transition to this new platform.

Along with these improvements, members can look forward to a refreshed public website that will offer clearer navigation and improved accessibility, making it even easier to find insights and tools to help you make peace with your money. This ensures a seamless and engaging digital presence for members, reinforcing Kindred’s commitment to excellence across all channels.

“We’re excited to create a new, uniquely Kindred digital experience that brings making peace with your money to life,” said Jason Daly, Kindred’s CEO. “Beyond enhancing the core functionality of our current digital banking services and app, eMACH.ai platform will position us to offer members easier access to our innovative, values-centred products and services.”

With over $2 billion in assets, and over 30,000 members across our eight branches, Kindred is ready to redefine our digital experience for our members through this collaboration. With the Intellect DEP Kindred is adapting to maintain our relevance and competitiveness in a rapidly changing financial landscape.

More details on this partnership can be found in Intellect’s press release.
