Your Voice Matters – Share Your Kindred Experience

At Kindred, your experience matters. That’s why we regularly reach out to hear your voice and learn how we can serve you better. Throughout the year, we invite members to share feedback in different ways, including short surveys following certain interactions with Kindred and our broader Member Experience Survey. In the month of October, a random selection of Kindred members will be invited to complete our short Member Experience Survey. It takes just two to three minutes, and your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

The survey will be sent to selected members by email or mail and is conducted by PMG Intelligence, our trusted market research partner, to help maintain objectivity and confidentiality.

With fraud and scams becoming increasingly common, we understand the importance of being cautious. You can be assured that this survey is legitimate. You will never be asked to provide your membership number, account information, password, or other banking credentials.
